80 sqm apartment

Total renovation of an 80 sqm family apartment. Reimagined the layout of water areas to suit client needs; transformed a 2-bedroom and double living/dining room into 3 bedrooms.

The goal was to preserve the charm of the old, completely disregarded by the previous arrangement. Added wall moldings to complement those on the ceilings.

Underfloor heating installed throughout the apartment with a herringbone parquet floor above. All to avoid having radiators on the walls and enhance the charm of the old.
