102 sqm apartment

Complete renovation of a 102m2 family apartment. The clients wanted a large, convivial living space integrating the kitchen. Successfully moved the kitchen into the living/dining area.

It was initially placed at the entrance of the apartment, opposite the living room. The old kitchen transformed into a guest room/office. The apartment has only one bathroom, but we managed to integrate a second toilet, a large shower, and a beautiful bathtub.
